28 Stakeholder inclusion Our business activities affect the interests of many stakeholder groups and people in different countries. We also recognize that we are only able to run our company sustainably if we engage in frank and constructive dialog with our stakeholder groups and seek out and find common solutions even on controversial topics. Involving our stakeholders is therefore one of the core action areas of the sustainability strategy and a central element of our sustainability management. We identify and assess relevant and sensitive issues through regular and effective dialog with stakeholders. In various forms of communication with our stakeholder groups, we evaluate the relevance of sustainability topics. We process the results and controversial topics from stakeholder dialogs in our sustainability committees and derive corresponding concrete objectives and measures for further development of our sustainability management. Our stakeholders The RZB Group defines its stakeholders as those people or groups of people that have a justified interest in the company through their direct or indirect business activities. Stakeholders are therefore primarily employees, customers, owners, subsidiaries and equity participations as well as business partner. There are also several other stakeholder groups with regular mutual relations..
